Who Is MTAB USA?

MTAB USA is a manufacturing advisory business helping manufacturers make better decisions about operations, automation, digital manufacturing and emerging technologies — and turn those decisions into action. The business is led by Arthi Sairaman, whose career spans manufacturing operations, engineered products, capital equipment, robotics, CNC, factory automation, international business and smart manufacturing.

Our perspective starts with the manufacturing reality. We consider process, people, equipment, data and technology together to determine what needs to change, what should be enabled by technology, and what should happen first.

We do not stop at recommendations. MTAB USA can stay involved through execution, providing practical manufacturing leadership, implementation guidance, vendor and technology coordination, workforce capability support, and fractional Smart Manufacturing leadership when needed.

Our goal is simple: help manufacturers identify what matters, decide what to do, and make it happen.

Meet Arthi Sairaman

Manufacturing experience, from the factory floor to global markets.

Arthi Sairaman is CEO of MTAB USA and a manufacturing executive with more than 25 years of experience across engineered products, manufacturing operations, automation and digital manufacturing.

Her career includes leading operations and building and commercializing industrial CNC machinery and factory automation solutions for industrial customers and has set up multiple manufacturing skill centers of excellence. Her career has spanned multiple functions (enterprise to small manufacturers), working in manufacturing operations, product development, supply chain, customer delivery, workforce capability and international business.

Arthi took complex products to global markets and working with customers, partners and teams across more than 30 countries. That proven ability gives her a practical understanding of the connection between the manufacturing problem, the equipment and technology involved, the people who must operate it, and the business

outcome expected.

Today, through MTAB USA, Arthi brings this expertise to manufacturing leaders, who are navigating capacity constraints, workforce challenges, margin pressures and decisions about automation, AI and digital technologies. She helps leaders identify the real manufacturing constraints, decide what needs to change, prioritize investment and effort, and turn those decisions into action.
